Gary L. Tice

Chairman

Gary L. Tice has served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of First Florida Integrity Bank since October 2009 and as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of TGR Financial, Inc. since November 2011. In 2017, Mr. Tice relinquished his role of Chief Executive Officer of the Bank to Mr. Richter. Prior to October 2009, Mr. Tice served in the same capacity for First Florida Integrity Bank (in organization) from 2007.

Mr. Tice has been involved in banking in Florida for more than 40 years. Previously, Mr. Tice served as Chairman of First National Bankshares of Florida, Inc., a Naples-based financial services company with $5.4 billion in assets and 77 full-service banking centers, from January 2004 to January 2005. First National Bankshares was the largest publicly traded bank holding company headquartered in Florida when it was acquired by Fifth Third Bancorp in 2005.

Prior to that, Mr. Tice was President and Chief Executive Officer of F.N.B. Corporation, a diversified financial services holding company with offices in Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Tennessee, from 1997 to 2004. During his tenure with F.N.B. Corporation, the company grew to more than $8.1 billion in total assets. In 2004, F.N.B. Corporation spun off its Florida banking operations into a separate company, of which Mr. Tice became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. Tice was a founding director and organizer of First National Bank of Naples, where he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer prior to its affiliation with F.N.B. Corporation in 1997.

In 2003, Mr. Tice was honored as a finalist for the Financial Services category in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Florida Awards program. He was chosen by an independent panel of judges for outstanding leadership and the consistent growth of F.N.B. Corporation. In 1998, Mr. Tice was named to the Collier County Junior Achievement Business Leadership Hall of Fame for service as a "champion of free enterprise." Mr. Tice has held leadership roles in a number of local, state and national organizations over the years and is a past director of the American Bankers Association (the "ABA"), a past member of the Administrative Committee of the Community Bankers Council of the ABA and a past director of the Florida Bankers Association.

Mr. Tice was appointed in January 2011 as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta - Miami Branch for a term of three years and was reappointed in January 2014 for an additional three year term, which expired in January 2017. Mr. Tice was appointed in June 2011 as a director of The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce for a term of three years and was named a member of the Florida Bankers Association Government Relations Committee for the 2013-2014 year term, as well as the 2015-2016 year term.

Garrett S. Richter

Garrett S. Richter

President and CEO

Garrett S. Richter serves as President, CEO and Director of First Florida Integrity Bank and as President and Director of TGR Financial, Inc. Prior to October 2009, Mr. Richter served in a similar capacity for First Florida Integrity Bank (in organization) from 2007.

Garrett was a founder and former President and CEO of First National Bank of Florida, which was acquired in 2005 by Fifth Third Bancorp. In addition, he was a founding director and organizer of First National Bank of Naples, where he served as President of the company prior to its affiliation with F.N.B. Corporation in 1997.

Mr. Richter served as the President Pro Tempore of the Florida Senate from 2012 to 2016. He completed his final term as a Florida State Senator in November, 2016.

During his tenure in the Florida Senate, Garrett was chairman of the Senate Banking and Insurance Committee, chairman of the Senate Committee on Gaming and chairman of the Senate Committee on Ethics and Elections. He also served as chairman of the Florida Defense Task Force and the Public Service Commission Nominating committee. Additionally, he served on the Appropriations and Rules committees along with a number of other policy related committees.

In 2016, the Florida Bankers Association named Garrett the Banker of the Year, Junior Achievement selected him as one of their entrepreneurial laureates and the Boy Scouts of SW Florida selected him as a citizen of the year.

He is a founding trustee of the Quest for Success program that focuses on improving the life of a child through education and a board member of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Collier County Economic Accelerator. He is an alumni and past Board of Regents member for Leadership Florida and past chairman of Leadership Collier.

Garrett served with the 75th Ranger Company in Vietnam. In 1971 he was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, a Bronze Star and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.

Garrett is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Graduate School of Banking at Madison, Wisconsin.

Robert T. Reichert

Senior Executive Vice President

Robert T. Reichert has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of First Florida Integrity Bank since October 2009 and as Chief Financial Officer of TGR Financial, Inc. since November 2011. Prior to October 2009, Mr. Reichert served in the same capacity for First Florida Integrity Bank (in organization) from 2007. Mr. Reichert has held various management positions within the financial industry.

Mr. Reichert held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lydian Trust Company from October 2005 through August 2007. In 2003, Mr. Reichert was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First National Bankshares of Florida upon its spin-off from F.N.B. Corporation. In January 2005, First National Bankshares of Florida was acquired by Fifth Third Bancorp. At that time, Mr. Reichert was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for accounting and finance.

He remained with Fifth Third Bank through August 2005. After spending 12 years with Ernst & Young LLP, he joined F.N.B. Corporation in 1996 and held the position of Senior Vice President and Controller and was responsible for holding company and affiliate bank financial accounting, reporting and asset and liability management. Mr. Reichert obtained his B.S. degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and was a certified public accountant from 1987 through 2000.

C.C. Coghill

Senior Executive Vice President

C.C. Coghill has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Advisor since December 2013. Previously he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Prior to October 2009, Mr. Coghill served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for First Florida Integrity Bank (in organization) from 2007. Mr. Coghill has been involved in the banking industry for over 40 years. He began his career as a national bank examiner and has held various management level positions within the industry, including Chief Credit Officer of F.N.B. Corporation from 2001 to 2004 and Executive Credit Officer of First National Bank of Florida from 1991 to 2005. Mr. Coghill also served as Area President and Senior Loan Officer for Community National Bank from 1985 to 2001.

While Mr. Coghill was Chief Credit Officer of First National Bank of Florida, the bank earned the highest credit quality rating awarded by the OCC for banks with assets between $3 and $20 billion. Mr. Coghill is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.A. degree in business administration. He was the past chairman of Group 9 and a past council member of the Florida Bankers Association. He served as President and member of the advisory board of the Southwest Florida AIB Chapter and also as the President of the Southwest Florida Bank Executives Roundtable. Mr. Coghill is also active in the community and has served as the Treasurer of the United Way of Lee County, Treasurer of the Pelican Bay Rotary Club and Finance Chairman of the North Naples United Methodist Church.

Brian Keenan

Regional President

Brian P. Keenan has served as Regional President for West and Central Florida since July 2011. Prior to joining First Florida Integrity Bank, Mr. Keenan was the affiliate President and Chief Executive Officer for Fifth Third Bank in the Tampa Bay market. Under Mr. Keenan's direction over a six year period, the Fifth Third Tampa Bay market tripled in size. Prior to Fifth Third, Mr. Keenan worked for First National Bank of Florida in the role of Market President for Tampa Bay. Mr. Keenan also played a vital role in the success of First National Bank of Florida when it grew to $5.3 billion in assets with 77 branches by the time it was acquired in January 2005 by Fifth Third Bancorp.

Overall, Mr. Keenan has more than 30 years of banking experience in the Tampa Bay, Orlando and Sarasota markets with prior experience at Barnett Bank, Bank of America, Huntington and SunTrust Banks. Mr. Keenan holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He also serves as the Vice Chair of WEDU, and is a board member of the USF Foundation, The United Way of Tampa Bay, and Neighborhood Lending Partners.

Terry Read Walston

Executive Vice President

Terry Read Walston has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of First Florida Integrity Bank since November 10, 2008. She has held various management positions during more than 35 years in the Collier County banking industry. Mrs. Walston has held positions in finance, loan operations and deposit operations.  However, most recently, Mrs. Walston served outside of banking as Chief Financial Officer for Allen Concrete & Masonry, Inc., a leading local masonry subcontractor.  Prior to joining Allen Concrete & Masonry, Inc. in 2006, Mrs. Walston held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Orion Bank.  Previously, Mrs. Walston spent 14 years with First National Bank of Florida, Inc.  Mrs. Walston initially held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the then affiliate bank, First National Bank of Naples.  Subsequently, Mrs. Walston held various management positions with the bank and its parent company, First National Bankshares of Florida.  Mrs. Walston holds an Associate’s Degree in Banking and Finance and is a graduate of the Bank Administration Graduate School of Banking.

Peter Setaro

Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Peter Setaro has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Bank since July 2008. Mr. Setaro has over 29 years of banking experience in southwest Florida. Mr. Setaro has held positions in finance, operations and information technology. Mr. Setaro previously served as Executive Vice President of Technology and Operations for Bank of Florida.

Mr. Setaro held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations during his three years with Old Florida Bank. Previously, Mr. Setaro spent over seven years at First National Bank of SW Florida in the finance and operations which was purchased by FNB Corp. in 1997. He joined First National Bank of SW Florida’s affiliate Cape Coral National Bank and was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 2001, Mr. Setaro joined the holding company (First National Bank of SW Florida Corporation) and held the position of Senior Vice President of Information Technology Systems.  Mr. Setaro attended St. Johns University in Staten Island, N.Y.

Ronald Rucker

SEVP, Senior Loan Executive

Ronald L. Rucker has served as Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer since October 2009.  Mr. Rucker has over 35 years banking experience in Collier County. From August 2006 to July 2008, Mr. Rucker served as the President and CEO of Hillcrest Bank, Florida located in Naples. Prior to that position, he spent over 10 years with First National Bank of Florida as EVP and Senior Lender.

When First National merged with Fifth Third Bank in 2005, Mr. Rucker remained for eight months as SVP of the lending division to assist with the merger. Throughout Mr. Rucker’s career, he has held positions in commercial, consumer and residential lending. Mr. Rucker is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking. Mr. Rucker has lived in the Naples community for over 42 years and has been very active within the community by volunteering for numerous organizations.

Nancye Hire

Executive Vice President and Director of Loan Operations

Nancye P. Hire has served as Executive Vice President and Director of Loan Operations for the bank since July 2008. Mrs. Hire has more than 35 years of banking experience in Southwest Florida, all in Lending and loan operations. Mrs. Hire held the position of Senior Vice President in charge of Loan Operations at Orion Bank from July 2005 until July 2007, when she joined the First Florida Integrity Bank in organization.  Prior to that, Mrs. Hire was employed with First National Bank of Florida, from its inception as First National Bank of Naples in 1989 until the bank merged with Fifth Third Bank in 2005.  During the fifteen years with First National Bank of Florida, Mrs. Hire was in charge of all aspects of loan operations for the company as well as assisting in the assimilation and conversion of acquired banks. Mrs. Hire obtained an Associates’s Degree from Parks Business College in Denver, Colorado.  Mrs. Hire has lived in the Naples community for 30 years.

Tracy L. Coghill

Chief Legal Counsel and Executive Vice President

Tracy Coghill has served as Chief Legal Counsel and Executive Vice President of First Florida Integrity Bank since August 2008.  Ms. Coghill is a Florida Bar Association Board Certified Real Estate Attorney who has been practicing law in Southwest Florida since 1996 with several well known and respected law firms and corporations.  Ms. Coghill began her career with the law firm of Cottrell, Warchol, Merchant & Rollings before joining F.N.B. Corporation in 2002 as Corporate Counsel and President of West Coast Title Insurance Company.  In 2003, she became General Counsel for First National Bankshares of Florida.  After the First National Bankshares of Florida merger with Fifth Third Corporation, Ms. Coghill joined the law firm of Treiser, Collins & Vernon.  Ms. Coghill is a graduate of Florida State University and received her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Mercer University Walter F. George School of  Law.

Ms. Coghill is very active in the local community and is a former Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sister of Southwest Florida and the Naples Branch of the Y.M.C.A. of the Palms.  She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Collier County Bar Association, the American Bankers’ Association and the Florida Bankers’ Association. Ms. Coghill is a graduate of the Greater Naples Chamber Leadership Collier Class of 2008, Leadership Cape Coral and Leadership Fort Myers.

Philip Nemni

Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the Bank

Philip Nemni has served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of the Bank since December 2006.  Mr. Nemni previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Panther Community Bank since December 2006.  Prior to joining PCB, Mr. Nemni served as Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer for Bank of Naples, a community bank based in Naples, FL, from 2005 to 2006.  From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Nemni served as Vice President and Director – Budget and Information Analysis for First National Bank of Florida, where he was responsible for designing and implementing a complete planning process for the bank, as well as establishing a comprehensive accounting system for First National Trust Company.  Mr. Nemni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurophysiology and a Master of Business Administration degree from McGill University.  He is also a registered Certified Public Accountant. 

Edward Borges

Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer

Edward Borges CIA, CRMA, CRP, CFSA, CBA, CISA, CGEIT joined First Florida Integrity Bank in June of 2015, with over 28 years in the financial services industry. Most recently, he served as Director of Financial Industry Advisory Services for Alvarez & Marsal, consulting with institutions in risk management and compliance. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Borges spent 12 years in senior leadership roles with International Bank of Commerce and Lone Star National Bank, including Senior Vice President - Auditor and Executive Vice President - Chief Risk Officer, respectively. Mr. Borges brings insight and broad financial institution experience established through in-depth working knowledge of banking operations, credit, and technology. Mr. Borges obtained his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He has been a Sarbanes-Oxley Coordinator and holds multiple audit and risk management certifications, including: CIA, CRMA, CFSA, CBA, CRP, CISA, CEGIT, and CTGA.

Jody Hudgin

Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

Joseph Hudgins has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer since December 2012.  Prior to joining First Florida Integrity Bank, Mr. Hudgins served as Executive Vice President and Florida Executive for First National Bank of Pennsylvania overseeing all lending functions in Florida.  He began his banking career in 1977 and in 1986 joined SouthTrust Bank in Decatur, AL as President and Chief Executive Officer. 

In 1990, Mr. Hudgins became President and Chief Executive Officer of SouthTrust Bank in Sarasota, FL.  In 1991, he joined West Coast Bank in Sarasota as President and Chief Executive Officer which later became First National Bank of Florida, where he served for 14 years.  Mr. Hudgins attended Carson-Newman College, where he received a degree in mathematics.  In 1982, he graduated from the University of Virginia’s Graduate School of Retail Bank Management. 

For over twenty years, Mr. Hudgins has served as an instructor at the Florida School of Banking at the University of Florida, teaching courses in Personal Financial Analysis, Commercial Lending, Loan Policy and Review and Bank Simulation. Additionally, for over ten years he has taught at the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA, where he currently serves as President Elect of the School. Elected in 2016, Mr. Hudgins currently serves on the Charter Review Board for Sarasota County, FL.

Jeff Turner

Executive Vice President, Director of People Department

Mr. Turner joined First Florida Integrity Bank in June 2012 as SVP, Director of the People Department. Prior to joining First Florida Integrity Bank, Mr. Turner served as SVP, Human Resources for Capital Bank, N.A. and TIB Bank. Mr. Turner worked at First National Bank of Naples and First National Bank of Florida as Director of Education starting in 2001, and he later served as SVP, Regional Education Manager with Fifth Third Bank following the acquisition of First National Bank of Florida in 2005. Prior to joining First National Bank of Naples, Mr. Turner held management and leadership positions with Pepsi-Co Frito-Lay, Allstate Insurance Company, and IBM.

Mr. Turner received his Bachelor’s degree from N.C. State in Economics and Business Management, and he holds the Senior Professional of Human Resources designation through HRCI. Mr. Turner has been a mentor with the Foundation for Lee County Schools Take Stock in Children program since 2006.

Nancy Ortega

President of Private Banking and Director of Treasury Operations

Nancy Ortega has served as Private Banking President since December 2015 and Director of Treasury Operations since June 2008. Mrs. Ortega has over 30 years of banking experience in Collier County. Mrs. Ortega held the position of Vice President in charge of Treasury Operations at Orion Bank from January 2005 until she joined TIB Bank in 2007 until 2007 when she joined the First Florida Integrity Bank in organization.

Prior to that, Mrs. Ortega was employed with First National Bank of Florida from 1992 until it sold to Fifth Third Bank in 2005. While at First National Bank of Florida, Mrs. Ortega worked at the main office as Customer Service Representative until she became Branch Operations Officer at the Harbor Drive office in 1995 until she went into Treasury Operations in 1997. Mrs. Ortega is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking. Mrs. Ortega has lived in Collier County for 50 years.
